Starting in 2026, vehicles with Spanish license plates are required to use a V-16 emergency warning light instead of a warning triangle in the event of a breakdown in Spain. This requirement does not apply to foreign vehicles, but it is highly recommended. The approved multifunctional V-16 LED warning light has three different functions: an orange flashing light, a white parking light, and a flashlight. The orange flashing light and white parking light shine 360° and are visible up to 1 kilometer away. Simply switch between the three different light functions by turning the cover. The light is easy to charge with the included USB to micro USB cable. The charging indicator shows the charging status (red/yellow/green). The light is water and dust resistant (IP54) and easy to attach with a magnetic fastener.
